Wharf Estates Singapore Pte. Ltd, formerly known as Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., was incorporated in Singapore on 19 December 1972. Its principal activities are that of property owner and investor, with a focus on luxury residences. Past projects includes, Ardmore Park, Grange Residences, The Cosmopolitan, Ardmore II, Ardmore Three and more.

The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited, one of the largest local real estate companies in Hong Kong with a proven track record in developing, investing and operating iconic properties.

Together, the Group has an extensive development portfolio in Hong Kong and Singapore.
